Welcome to CloudTrucks! We are so excited to have you on board! Before we can move you through the onboarding process, please upload your W-9 document onto your CloudTrucks account. To see how, check out the steps listed below!
Step 1: Navigate to your settings bar located on the top right side of your screen
Step 2: Click 'Onboarding Tasklist'
Step 3: Upload your W-9
Under 'Onboarding Tasks' upload your W-9 document and enter in your Taxpayer ID Number
Looking for your W-9? A signed copy can be found in your lease agreement. Please refer back to the Docusign email.
Once uploaded, click the blue 'Submit' button
