What is the 2-week free trial?

We are currently offering a 2-week free trial for all new users.

A valid form of payment is required at signup but you will not be charged until after your trial period ends. After your trial period, you will be charged the standard subscription price, currently $99 per month per seat. You can cancel your free trial at any time.

Why do I have a the pending charge on my credit / debit card during the free trial?

This is a temporary hold to ensure you have enough funds to pay for the monthly subscription after your free trial period is over. If you cancel before the end of your free trial, you will not be charged and the pending hold will be removed.

What happens after my free trial is over? What is the monthly fee?

After the end of your trial period, we will automatically charge your card on file for the standard subscription price, which is currently $99/month per seat. This will be a recurring monthly charge. You can cancel your CloudTrucks Starter paid membership at any time. You will continue to receive access to CloudTrucks Starter until the end of your billing period, but refunds and credits are not issued for partial billing periods.

Where do I update my payment method?

Please go to the CloudTrucks app > click on the "Profile" tab in the bottom right corner. Go to "Payment methods". There you will see your current payment information. Go to "Edit" on the top right corner.

How do I cancel my CloudTrucks Starter free trial or paid subscription?

Please email us at starter@cloudtrucks.com with your request to cancel, before your billing date in order to avoid being charged.
