Why do I need to link my DAT, 123LoadBoard, and Truckstop accounts?

In order for CloudTrucks to show loads from DAT, 123LoadBoard, and Truckstop, we need to verify your credentials and active subscription. This is a requirement from DAT, 123LoadBoard, and Truckstop. All other load providers do not have this requirement, so we're able to show you their loads.

If you don't have an account with these 3 providers, but would like to see their loads, you will need to create accounts on their websites and then link your credentials with CloudTrucks.

Creating a DAT Account

  1. Select your preferred DAT product and create a carrier account on DAT's website: https://www.dat.com/load-boards

  2. After signing up, link your account to CloudTrucks by entering your credentials on the Profile tab > Linked load boards section.

  3. On the Linked load boards page, you'll see DAT on the list, along with a "Link" button next to it. Click on "Link" and add your DAT login credentials.

  4. The CloudTrucks team will verify your new credentials.

  5. Once verified, you will see all DAT loads in your CloudTrucks app.

What is the pricing for DAT?

Depending on which product you choose, DAT can range from $59 per month to $295 per month. https://www.dat.com/load-boards

Why am I being asked to create an account and sign in to other load providers?

This is standard practice, where brokers want to make sure you're authorized and have a valid MC or DOT number before they allow you to book a load. Each broker will require you to create an account with them and will check your MC or DOT number.

Some brokers also have additional requirements, based on when you got your authority and what your safety score is. We cannot bypass those requirements.
